PilotFX is a signal routing and trade execution automation service. It connects signal sources (TradingView, Telegram, Discord) to MetaTrader 5 terminals via an Expert Advisor on your terminal.
PilotFX is a software tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, asset manager, or investment service. It does not make trading decisions. It executes instructions you configure.
You may not use PilotFX to engage in market manipulation, front-running, or any activity that violates applicable laws or your broker's terms of service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the PilotFX service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
PilotFX offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Master plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
Credits are consumed when PilotFX sends an execution command to MT5. Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are non-expiring and non-refundable once used.
Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 50 credits have been used in that period.
You are solely responsible for the MT5 account you connect. This includes ensuring your broker permits automated trading, that your terminal remains online, and that you comply with any leverage or lot-size restrictions.
PilotFX is not responsible for trades executed due to a misconfigured EA, incorrect risk settings, or a disconnected terminal. Test your configuration on a demo account before using real capital.
Your MT5 credentials are encrypted. Use a dedicated account password for the PilotFX connection and change it immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Nothing in PilotFX constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. PilotFX executes what you configure. The decision to follow any signal source is yours alone.
PilotFX is not a financial services firm, broker, or regulated entity.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. Annual plans are refundable pro-rated within 14 days, subject to the credit usage limit above. Top-up credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused top-up credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or present a security risk, with or without notice depending on severity.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. PilotFX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
PilotFX, its logo, software, and all related materials are owned by PilotFX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any PilotFX intellectual property.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, maintenance windows, or infrastructure failures beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of PilotFX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
